Why Chapter Two?
We work with the rightsholders, publishers and investors behind some of the world's most valuable music catalogues. We're building the AI that turns their royalty statements into financial data they can trust. We're a small, AI-native team that values ownership, momentum and low-ego collaboration.
What we're looking for
- You've shipped real products. You've taken ideas all the way to production and you care how they land.
- You work AI-first. You run coding agents every day, and you use evals and review loops to make sure their work is right.
- You think in systems. You keep the architecture simple and you know when foundations are worth the time.
- You move things forward. You find the most important problem and see it through.
What you'll do
In one sentence: make the world's music catalogues readable, reliable and easy to value.
- Build features end to end across agents, data, infrastructure and product.
- Improve our agents, their prompts and the evals that show they're getting better.
- Use what customers and the data tell you to decide what to build next.
- Help shape the harness our agents run in: their sandboxes, tools and checks.
What you'll get
- High ownership and autonomy. You own real parts of the product, and we trust you to run them your way.
- Quick feedback loops. What you ship reaches customers fast, and you see right away whether it worked.
- Quick decisions. No layers and no waiting. A good idea can ship the same week.
- A "fuck around and find out" mentality. If something looks cool, try it. The best ideas here start as experiments.
